Delivery reimbursement and cancellation order policies :

COLLECTIONS:

The addres where the products will be collected will be at the address Pecaninis S.A. de C.V. en Blvd. Centenario #1200 Colonia Ejido San Agustín C.P. 27410 by the logistics provider.

 

CANCELLATIONS BY THE BUYER:

In case of the buyer wants to cancel the order, She or He will have 3 hours after the payment has been processed. Cancellation may carry an associated cost depending on the order.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

The BUYER can request the exchange and return of the products directly to Pecaninis S.A. de C.V.  until 10 days after when buyer receives the product in the following cases:

  • Product delivered is expired according to the packaging.

  • Order doesn´t match with the received.

The BUYERS can request a refund of his money directly to  Pecaninis S.A. de C.V. in the following cases:

  •           When the order has not been delivered within 20 business days after the payment has been processed and confirmed by Pecaninis S.A. de C.V.

The BUYER will have to communicate directly by mail to marketing@pecaninis.com, presenting photographic, documentary evidence and whatever is necessary specifying everything that happened. This will only have 24 hours from the moment that he received the order.   

In case of exhcange and return of the product the logisitics cost will be covered by PECANINIS S.A. de C.V.
