Ingredients:

For the crust: 300g of flour, 150g of sugar, 150g of butter (cut into pieces), and 2 eggs.

For the filling: 200g of Pecaninis Natural Pecans, 4 eggs, 175g of maple syrup, 50g of butter, and 85g of butter.

Procedure:

For the Dough: Mix all the ingredients, then chill for one hour. Roll it out with a rolling pin and place it in a pie dish where you will bake the pecan pie.

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Reserve 30 Pecaninis pecans and chop the remaining ones. In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, eggs, and maple syrup. Pour the mixture into the pie dish and arrange the reserved pecans on top for decoration. Serve with your favorite ice cream!
