Ingredients:
3 bananas
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of chopped pecans
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F).
- Grease a baking mold with butter or oil spray.
- Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.
- Mix the bananas with sugar, oil, vanilla extract, milk, and egg until well combined.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and sprinkle the remaining pecans on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy!
