Ingredients:
1 cup of Pecaninis pecan pieces
1 cup of melted butter
2 cups of confectioner's sugar/powdered sugar
2 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine the pecan pieces, melted butter, and sugar, mixing until a spongy dough forms.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Combine both mixtures and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them 2.5 inches apart on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
- Allow them to cool, then dust with confectioner's sugar.
